Brian is committed to a stress-free building experience. He works closely with you throughout the building process—from the time you first contact Gebhardt Homes until your home is complete and you are settled in. The result is a home that is customized to your dreams and desires. Brian is there to support the entire process from the design of the home to the selection of the finishes and ultimate completion. And then he’s there for support after the home is complete.

Gebhardt Homes doesn’t charge a fee for the house plan design service, it is included as part of building a Gebhardt custom home. Brian typically designs the homes he builds, but homeowners may use another designer or architect if they choose. He also works with prospective customers on finding the right site for their home, and visits properties to determine if there are obstacles or features about the property that might affect the budget.

Brian builds custom homes in all price points. His commitment to quality stays the same, the amenities and finishes differ based on price points and customer preferences. Gebhardt Homes is committed to price transparency so you know exactly where your dollars are going.

Gebhardt Homes focuses on custom homes and prides themselves on being very involved with clients.  Brian Gebhardt is a low-volume builder, building around 12 custom homes a year by design, so he can give each project the attention it deserves. Brian is the homeowners’ contact throughout the entire project, from design to construction to warranty. He personally visits his job sites several times a week depending on where the home is in the build process.
